1. About this service
This application is operated on behalf of the property owner or its appointed property manager (“we”, “us”) to let prospective tenants discover residences, book viewings, apply, and complete a tenancy end to end. By using the application you agree to these terms.
2. Viewings and site access
A viewing booking is a request, not a guarantee of tenancy. On arrival, our security team will verify the details you registered against your photo identification before granting access to the residence.
3. Applications and approvals
Tenancy applications, identity checks and approvals are performed by our platform and its verification partners. An approval decision, offer, and any figures presented are issued by the platform; the application only displays them.
4. Offers, fees and payments
Offers are valid for the period stated on the offer. Booking fees, deposits and rent instalments are payable as presented at the time of payment. Where stated, a booking fee may be non-refundable if you withdraw after paying it.
5. Electronic signatures
Tenancy documents may be signed electronically, including via UAE Pass. An electronic signature made through the application has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by UAE law.
